Property development – apartment building in Lehenstrasse

This characterful building was built in 1911/12 on a spacious plot of 803 m². The existing building offered a total of eight rented 2-room flats – two flats per floor. In the course of the revitalisation, bright, spacious residential floors with balconies and a garden were created for the ground floor unit. As an alternative, two very spacious maisonette flats of 243 m² and 291 m² were offered.
