Renovation and interior fit-out of a fully stripped attic maisonette apartment on the 2nd upper floor of a comprehensively renovated multi-family residential building in a central location in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The fit-out was carried out across two levels, including a redesign of the floor plan, opening of various wall sections, and the integration of 2 large motorised roof windows for optimal natural light. In the course of the works, underfloor heating was also installed and the floor area was opened up and redesigned. The result is a bright, modern, and high-quality residential interior spanning approx. 82 sqm — distributed across two levels.
