Renovation and interior construction of a 3.5-room attic maisonette in Stuttgart-Rohr

Renovation and interior construction of a completely gutted attic maisonette apartment on the 2nd floor of a comprehensively renovated multi-family building in a central location of Stuttgart-Rohr. The conversion was carried out over two levels with a reorganization of the floor plan and the integration of a large cabrio window for optimal natural lighting. In the course of the work, a bright, modern, and high-quality residential fit-out with its own garden terrace area was realized.
