Planning and new construction of a flat from a previously unused attic

Haeckerstrasse 12, Stuttgart-Rohr

Refurbishment and interior reconstruction of a partially converted stage area (2 x small 1.5 room studios in the existing building and additional storage rooms). The entire roof area was demolished and reconstructed. A modern, bright and high-quality top-floor flat with a large roof terrace was then created.
